Hal made his debut in the ring at the Longview Texas Kennel Club shows on July 15 and 16, 2006. On the first day, Hal was winners dog. On the second day he was Best of Breed over 2 male specials for his first 2 points!
Hal's next time in the ring was the Trinity Valley Kennel Club and Greater Collin Kennel Club shows in Dallas Texas on September 15, 16, 17 and 18, 2006. He was Winners Dog all four days picking up four 3 point majors! Hal now has 14 points and four majors toward his championship.
Hal finished his championship at the Tyler Texas Kennel Club shows in Canton Texas on Saturday, October 14, 2006 by going Best of Breed over a special.
