Tempe finished her championship at the age of thirteen months from the Bred-by-Exhibitor Class. She launched her Specials career at the 2001 SSCA National Specialty. We never anticipated being awarded the prestigious award of BEST OF OPPOSITE SEX under judge Mrs. Michelle Billings. Tempe is an elegant bitch with a harsh rotating coat, great temperament, solid top line, scissor bite, beautiful head, and show-stopping attitude. Following the 2001 National Specialty, Tempe took nine BOB and two Group Placements placing her in the Standard Schnauzer top ten list.

In 2002, Tempe was again Specialed on a limited basis with multiple BOB and BOS wins and another group placement. She ventured to California for the 2002 Standard Schnauzer Club of Northern California Regional Specialty and was awarded BOS. The following day, at the 2002 SSCA National Specialty, Tempe received the first Award of Merit. Tempe was once again ranked in the top ten list by the SSCA for 2002. This special girl is ALWAYS owner handled.

Tempe took a break from the show ring the first part of 2003 and tried her paw as a mommy dog. . . what a great one she was.

Tempe is back out impressing the judges and had eleven Best Of Breed wins and six Best Of Opposite wins PLUS a Group 3 and Group 4 . . .with limited showing in the fall of 2003! These wins once again put her in the top ten list by the SSCA for 2003! (Tempe was the second highest ranked bitch.)
